Ordered florist's "Special" arrangement for father's memorial on 12/10/11. Although florist could not find the special initially in her lists, it was eventually found, prepared, & delivered as requested but with the wrong arrangement. An exchange was made & the correct arrangement delivered. Florist was especially cordial and patient in working with me. Will use again when needed and will recommend.

Other than taking 20 minutes to find the arrangement I wanted, which was the special for the day, for a grave site, and some mix up in the delivery of the arrangement, the order went fine. Will use this florist again if needed. Very friendly and cooperative.

These guys are great.... i called in late in the day and they had the flowers delivered to my girl friend in about an hour. I didnt get a delivery confirmation email but i sure got a call from a very happy girl.
